As this is a new site this is a new thread to deal with any site issues.

I think the FCBARNSLEY website is better than the Barnsley FC website. For a start there is no adverts or popups on the screen. The links work on the website going from page to page in no time and without been diverted to another website. The website is also updated weekly keeping us up to date with the latest news. i could go and go saying why the FCBARNSLEY website is better but there is not enough room in the text box lol.


Thank you very much Dino, I agree with your advertising comments. The Official site is really bad in terms of finding your way around and with all the stupid adverts that gets in the way of content etc. You will NEVER see this on FC Barnsley and we are very proud to be different. The new system should be easier to update than the last one.

Reight Lee you have now been promoted to a "Moderator" and as such are now part of the Site Admin Team. Please use your new powers appropriately any questions please ask. I have also created some more "User Ranks" as you should have notice (Fairly Obvious) so this will show your rank in each post you create. Sorting out a few other bugs as well. LATEST UPDATE

-- Changed the layout option on home page to have a wider links sections and wider widgets on the right hand side.

-- Working on a brand new Links/Downloads Section - Being Tested at the moment, setting it up is very difficult and just starting to edit the coding and set permissions

-- Testing the "Thank You" for Posts system. Where you can thank a user for proving a thread/posts.

-- A few other things need tweaking

Glad you reminded me, noticed it the other day, the problem is because I have set the template to auto size if you resize your browser window the user bar goes further in. What I will have to do is leave a black line across the top and shift the logo down a bit. I see if I can sort this today as I work through my list.

Reight, added a top bar to the logo, I dont think it looks as tidy but at least the top bar is not covered up what do you think???
